Do I pay if the deal doesn't close?
No. You pay only per successfully closed deal — meaning the influencer has agreed, confirmed deliverables, timeline, and rate. If we reach out to 30 creators and none agree, you pay nothing. That's the only way this service makes sense for you.
Do you find the influencer or do I provide one?
Both options work. You can give us a list of creators you want us to reach out to, or we can find and close them from scratch. If you want us to find AND close, we recommend starting with our Influencer Discovery service first — or we can do both together.
How do you represent my brand during negotiation?
We reach out professionally on your behalf — introducing your brand, explaining the campaign, and negotiating rate, deliverables, posting timeline, and usage rights. We never misrepresent your brand or make promises you haven't approved. Before we reach out, we'll align with you on brief, budget range, and non-negotiables.
What if an influencer asks for more than my budget?
We negotiate. We'll counter-offer, propose alternative deliverables (e.g. one reel instead of two posts), or suggest a gifting+commission structure if the influencer is open to it. If no deal can be reached within your budget, we move to the next creator — at no charge.
What proof do I get that a deal was closed?
We send you a written confirmation — screenshot of the agreed DM or email chain — showing the influencer's name, agreed rate, deliverables, and posting timeline. You then pay the influencer directly. We never handle creator payments on your behalf.
How long does it take to close a deal?
Nano creators typically respond within 2–5 days. Micro creators 3–7 days. Macro creators can take 1–2 weeks as they often have management or agents involved. We follow up multiple times — most non-responses are not rejections, just inbox overload.
What's the difference between this and your Discovery service?
Discovery gives you a researched list — you do the outreach yourself. Deal Closing means we do the outreach AND negotiate until the deal is confirmed. You can start with Discovery and upgrade, or go straight to Deal Closing from the start.
Is this only for paid campaigns?
Yes — this service is for brands with a confirmed budget to pay influencers cash. For barter, gifting, or affiliate campaigns, our Hourly Research service is a better fit since those negotiations work differently and results cannot be guaranteed in the same way.
